The Board of Directors is composed of fourteen members elected for an annual term beginning each year on January 1 and ending on December 31 or until their respective successors are elected and installed. The fourteen members of the Board of Directors are designated as the President, the First Vice President, the Second Vice President, the Secretary, the Treasurer, the immediate Past President, the Georgia SASBO Director, the Georgia SASBO Emerging Leader, Exhibitor Coordinator, Application Coordinator, and four Directors at-large. The President, First Vice President, Second Vice President, Treasurer, Georgia SASBO Director and Georgia SASBO Emerging Leader are separately elected by the membership.
