Exhibitor Info and Registration

The Georgia Association of School Business Officials (GASBO), comprised of leading school business officials from throughout the state, will be holding its 60th Annual Conference November 4-7, 2025 at the UGA Classic Center in Athens, Georgia.

As a vendor you will have the opportunity to meet all those in attendance. We are expecting over 630 participants at this year’s conference! The day you arrive in Athens, you will receive a listing of those in attendance at the Conference, including their contact information in an excel spreadsheet and in the app.   Participants attending will include: Superintendents, Assistant and Associates Superintendents, Finance Directors, Comptrollers, Purchasing Directors, Human Resource Directors, and Business Department support personnel. Don’t miss this opportunity.

The Board and Membership of GASBO and SASBO realize that the success of our association is in part due to the kind generosity of our exhibitors and vendors. We would like to extend to your company an opportunity to become a sponsor for the 2025 Conference (November 4-7, 2025).

Diamond Sponsorship–Contributes $8,500

  • All the benefits of a Platinum Sponsor
  • Plus:
    • An additional table at your booth
    • An additional representative at the conference, for a total of 6
    • The ability to host a private opportunity for all attendees, to be promoted by GASBO

Platinum Sponsorship – Contributes $7,500

  • All the benefits of a Gold Sponsor
  • Plus:
    • An additional representative at the conference, for a total of 5
    • A 50-minute speaking session at the conference
    • First priority of location in the exhibit space

Gold Sponsorship – Contributes $6000

  • All the benefits of a Silver Sponsor
  • Plus:
    • An additional representative at the conference, for a total of 4
    • Opportunity to welcome attendees during a meal function
    • Priority location in the exhibit space, over Silver Sponsor
    • Company logo will be advertised
      • On the banner of the conference app

Silver Sponsorship – Contributes $3,500

  • One booth for up to 3 representatives at the GASBO Conference
  • Priority location in exhibit space over Exhibitors
  • Recognition at a meal function
  • Company logo will be advertised on the slideshow at meal functions

Exhibitor– Contributes $2,000 for exhibition at the GASBO conference

  • One booth for up to 2 representatives at GASBO Conference


If extra representatives will be accompanying you at your booth, please include $250.00/person to cover meals.
